  • 📺 TVs and computer screens OFF
  • 🛏️ Make all beds
  • 🧺 Remove small rugs
  • 🖼️ Remove personal photos and paperwork
  • 🔌 Hide remotes and visible cords
  • 🧹 Clear nightstands and dressers
  • 🚿 Remove toiletries, shower items, bath mats
  • 🚪 Close garage doors

🌳 Exterior

  • 🚗 Clear driveway and front of home
  • 🪑 Straighten outdoor furniture

💬 Seller Message (Copy & Send)

Hi! The photoshoot is scheduled. Before they arrive, please make sure counters are cleared, wires and pet items are hidden, trash cans are out of sight, toilet seats are down, beds are made (sheets pulled tight and pillows straightened), cleaning is done, and cars are moved from the driveway. That'll help the home show beautifully online. Thanks!

Our team provides minor adjustments (e.g., straightening pillows, hiding small items).

Extensive cleaning, decluttering, or staging must be completed prior to arrival.

If the property is not photo-ready, the session fee may be applied.

💰 Readiness Policy

Properties must be fully photo-ready at arrival time.

Minor adjustments may be made during the session. If preparation requires more than 10 minutes of additional staging or decluttering, a $50 per 15-minute adjustment fee may apply.

If the property is not ready and the session must be rescheduled, a $150 rescheduling fee will be charged.
